Updating your contact information
As participants in Base ORAP, we want to ensure that we have up-to-date contact information for the Primary Contact that will be entering your data and all Quarterly Report recipients at your plant(s). If staff has changed, please email helpdesk@spsinc.com and let us know!

Did you know?
Did you know that entering your monthly event, counter and operational records into the ORAP database can be done through the Internet? Many of our customers are still using Log Sheets to enter and submit their data to us. While this accomplishes the same goal, the web-based product is easy to use and allows direct data entry to the ORAP system. Once your data is entered, our Account Managers are able to provide the Automatic and Manual Data Validation on your information much more quickly, and in turn uploading your information to the reporting database much more quickly.
