Updating your contact information
As participants in Base ORAP, we want to ensure that we have up-to-date contact information for the data entry individual and Quarterly Report recipients at your plant(s). If staff has changed, please call Susan at 704.945.4625 or email helpdesk@spsinc.com and let us know!

Did you know?
Did you know that entering your monthly event, counter and operational records into the ORAP database can be done through the Internet? Many of our customers are still using Log Sheets to enter and submit their data to us. While this accomplishes the same goal, it can be done more efficiently and with less room for error using our Data Entry Web or Data Entry PC products.

Did you know that SPS periodically offers training sessions to our participants? Please contact your SPS Customer Service representative for the next session topic and dates.

Did you know there are two versions of ORAP Data Entry software? One version is the standalone PC version. The software would be downloaded and installed on a single PC. The second is Web version. There is no software to install and you simply connect to our website to record your data. There is a nominal fee for this version.
