Step 1
The first step to begin participation in Base ORAP is to fill out the Plant Configuration Form so that SPS can set your plant up in the ORAP database.
How do I obtain a copy of the Plant Configuration Form?
Please email inquiries@spsinc.com and a copy of the Plant Configuration Form will be sent to you.
Step 2
After you have completed the Plant Configuration Form, send it back to SPS
Who do I send my configuration form to?
- You can send your completed configuration form to your Account Manager or spsjoinorap@spsinc.com
- You can call Account Management or Marketing and you will be directed to the correct contact
Step 3
After you have filled out your Plant Configuration Form and sent it back to SPS, an Account Management representative will contact you regarding the various methods available for submitting your data each month.
