Steps to Join Base ORAP
	Step 1 The first step to begin participation in Base ORAP is to fill out the Plant Configuration Form so that SPS can set your plant up in the ORAP database. How do I obtain a copy of the Plant Configuration Form? There are two ways to obtain the Plant Configuration Questionnaire. The downloadable version can be found on the “Plant Configuration Form” page (see above) You can contact Customer Service and they can send you a copy Step 2 After you have completed the plant configuration form, send it back to SPS Who do I send my configuration form to? You can send your completed configuration form to Customer Service You can call Customer Service or Marketing and you will be directed to the correct contact Step 3 After you have filled out your configuration form and sent it back to SPS, a customer service representative will contact you regarding the various methods available for submitting your data each month. That is all it takes!
