Cynthia Alicea Joins SPS Team as Customer Service Manager
Charlotte,
North Carolina – January 22, 2009 -- Strategic Power Systems, Inc. (SPS) is pleased to welcome the newest member to our team, Cynthia Alicea. Cindy has joined SPS as Customer Service Manager. Cindy will be focused on communication and management of OEM accounts.
Cindy has over ten years experience in international operations, product development, sales, marketing, customer service, account management and business development. All of these skills will allow Cindy to provide excellent customer service as well as provide a single point of contact for customers into SPS. In her most recent role, for the last six years as Customer Service Manager for a world class manufacturer, she excelled in her role and negotiations with customers such as Procter & Gamble and Boeing among others. As Customer Service Manager of SPS, she will drive and execute our commitment to our customers.
Her main goal will be to ensure our OEM expectations and objectives are met on a daily basis. Cindy comes to us with a BA in International Business.
