Parts Tracking distinguishes itself by actively tracking the expected and expended life of each serialized part over time. By knowing the available life of parts, participants can align parts inspections and replacements with scheduled machine outages.
Reporting
Parts Tracking offers participants a standard reporting package. Each report allows the user to select certain criteria to filter and sort the output. All reports can be exported as a Microsoft Excel file for download to a PC.
Can I use this information with other systems? Yes, the data contained in the report file can then be used by other applications; such as data historians or CMMS systems.
