Project MyORAP is the focus of SPS going forward into 2010 and beyond. This project encompasses all areas of our business, but most importantly has a strong and continued focus on what our customers are telling us they would like to see. The value of ORAP is that it is and continues to be a system that helps our customers make educated business decisions based on unbiased industry information.
